It was fairly clean, staff was very good and kind. The breakfast was tasty and wonderful with a GREAT omelette and fish, as example to choose from. The location in a great area was marvellous and perfect.
I didn't find balcony, so was a little disappointed.

It had an amazing location really close to a quiet, magestic beach with captivating sunsets, and restaurants and shops. Furthermore, directly across the street from the shopping district.

The staff is friendly.
Our experience was marred by slow check-in processes. We had to re-register all our guests despite doing it online beforehand. The all-inclusive drinks were low quality and lacking in variety, leaving us disappointed. The food was often reused, which did not meet our expectations .

I had an exceptionally comfortable bed and clean bathroom, fabulous room. The location was absolutely perfect and stunning, just next door to more the restaurants in Ixtapa / Zihua and the public common areas and beachfront. Moreover, it was about 0 mins walk from Playa de.

A beachside gem with quirks
Waking up to the gentle sound of waves was pure bliss. The staff's friendly demeanor, especially at the poolside bar.
The check-in process was painfully slow, taking far too long. The food lacked variety and quality, pushing us to seek better options outside.

Relaxing Budget-friendly Getaway
The ocean view from room 818 was amazing, especially at sunset. We loved the kitchenette for meal prep. Friendly staff, quickly responding to our needs. For a quieter experience, visit the beach early to grab prime chairs. Highly recommend!

We had a blast at this all-inclusive resort! The beach was fine, and we enjoyed the pool area. It's super close to the Marina and Palma Real golf clubs, and Zihuatanejo is just a short drive away for some authentic local dining.
The only downside was the Wi-Fi, pretty spotty in our room on the fifth floor. We found it worked better in the lobby, so keep that in mind if you need to stay connected.

The beach access was perfect, and we loved the outdoor swimming pool where we spent hours chilling out. Just a heads-up, the buffet can get repetitive after a few days, but overall, it didn't take away from our great stay 🌊
