    It was fairly clean, staff was very good and kind. The breakfast was tasty and wonderful with a GREAT omelette and fish, as example to choose from. The location in a great area was marvellous and perfect.

    The staff is friendly.

    Our experience was marred by slow check-in processes. We had to re-register all our guests despite doing it online beforehand. The all-inclusive drinks were low quality and lacking in variety, leaving us disappointed. The food was often reused, which did not meet our expectations .

    We had a blast at this all-inclusive resort! The beach was fine, and we enjoyed the pool area. It's super close to the Marina and Palma Real golf clubs, and Zihuatanejo is just a short drive away for some authentic local dining.

    The only downside was the Wi-Fi, pretty spotty in our room on the fifth floor. We found it worked better in the lobby, so keep that in mind if you need to stay connected.

    The beach access was fantastic. The pool staff were pretty good too ensure a comfortable experience, which I appreciated greatly.

    The food options were okay but lacking variety.

    The beach access was perfect, and we loved the outdoor swimming pool where we spent hours chilling out. Just a heads-up, the buffet can get repetitive after a few days, but overall, it didn't take away from our great stay 🌊
